What I did notice and love: the costumung changes are actually bits that were taken from Amano's art. Notice that? The extra belts, the mask-like necklace thing (what is that?), earrings, vest and collar, and the dagger sheath on Zidane? Pure Amano. Seriously, check it out. And just about EVERYTHING on Kuja? Ahh, this is love.
And "Have to live with", Kuja? Garrr, I can't freakin' wait. I also, strangely enough, can't wait for Wii fit. Or that crossbow training game with Link that's supposed to ship with the Zapper. Or Phantom Hourglass.
Look, I have PROBLEMS, okay?

That was me feigning disinterest, Setzer. I'd probably literally sell my soul for that game right now. Do you check the Dojo? (http://www.smashbros.com/en_us/index.html) Snake has some interesting special moves.
I'm also dying for Mario Galaxy. Super Paper Mario was a bit of a disappointment as 1. they took away the whole RPG aspect, 2. they delayed the PAL release over six months and 3. they released the game with a serious glitch that causes the game to freeze (again only for the PAL reigon).

I haven't checked in the past day or two, if that's what you're asking. XD
SPM was pretty damn good, I thought. It was meant to be a mesh of platformers and RPGs, anyway. I was just refreshed to get a more traditional Mario Platformer. Which, I'm hoping, Galaxy will take and run with. Because, damn, Sunshine was fun, but it just wasn't right.
BTW. Any of you guys played Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic? >.> I'd buy a 360 for these and, gasp, Force Unleashed. Seriously. Still wouldn't drive me to buy a PS3, but damn if it isn't annoying that Force Unleashed won't be out for Wii. The control sceme for THAT would be killer.

I have to agree with you about Sunshine. I never beat it, but it was fun. However, fun though it may have been, it just...lacked something. I couldn't put my finger on it.
Also, I just got my NES working and I am so playing the original Zelda tomorrow. IT'S A SECRET TO EVERYONE!

My NES is sadly broken. Luckily I have all NES games on my PC and a few on the Virtual Console.
I don't dislike SMP, but I don't really see the point of meshing an RPG with a platform game, why don't they just make a classic game and release it on the VC? Or make a sequel to New Super Mario Bros? Paper Mario, while somewhat fun, I have to say I'd have enjoyed it far more if it was pure RPG (which is what I think made the other games in the series special).
As for Sunshine, I think what it lacked was atmosphere. Mario 64 had it all, classic 'Bowser has kidnapped the Princess and taken over Mushroom Kingdom' story, rich and diverse worlds, and just an overall great feel. Sunshine was more of a gimmick game, and all the worlds looked too similar. Besides, having Baby Bowser as the enemy was lame, because nobody likes him. The bonus stages where you lost F.L.U.D.D were awesome, though.
Bring back the old Evil King of the Koopas! Long live Bowser!

I've never really seen Bowser as especially evil, but that's probably because I always think of the Bowser from Super Mario RPG.
I've decided that Legend of Zelda is the hardest game ever, and that the gaming gods are doing this to me because I had begun to think I was actually good at games, when in fact they are simply becoming easier as I get older. I'm especially not used to this whole "money is important in any way" thing they have going here.
I NEED MOAR RUPEES NAO KTHXBAI!
