The karma is basically a form of acknowledgement around this forum. The more karma a person has, the more they've done that's contributed nicely to the forum. At least, that's what I'm familiar with, with the karma system, anyway.

Karma really isn't that serious around here. Not yet, at least, We haven't implemented it as a reward system or anything as of now. So it's really just a, "haha, look, I gave you a karma. Isn't that fun?"

Yeah. I gave Vincent karma just yesterday. Why? I dunno. I just saw that he didn't have any. Nobody's been smited yet, though. Not as far as I know, anyways. Bad form, and all that.
But yeah, what Setzer said.

Aww, thanks Alexander! ^_^ I coulda sworn I had already had a Karma before you...maybe I was smited XD
I had that impression with Karma that it was always serious. It was quite weird with some places I've seen it.

I belong to a game where you have to *buy* karma. It doesn't indicate a darn thing about you, though you can have it taken away for being an ass. There's users who have belonged for nearly 2 months with only 1 karma (you get 1 karma point every 30 days), and there's users who've belonged for 2 weeks that have 30 karma. It's ridiculous.

Yeah, but over there after you have 3 it kind of stops mattering. XD
Also: I am the Karma...I don't know...Duke, for having the second most. This is most likely because you're all insane. Why so many Karma for the A-Bomb? Srsly.
Also also: Yes, calling myself the A-Bomb was really stupid, but I couldn't help myself.

And I just randomly decided to give Tifa a karma. After all, she deserves it!
And sorry I've not been active of late guys and girls, I never meant to disappear, but home net time is limited and my school sucks! My internet was blocked! >.< Grrr
Btw, Auron sends his apologies as well.

Send cookies, then they forgive.
First you get the cookies, then you get the candy, then you get the Karma.

First you get the sugar, then you get the power, then you get the women. *falls asleep*
...Man, I haven't seen that episode in years!

The Simpsons? I saw that episode not too long ago actually...lol. Hey, I dunno whether or not I should make a separate thread, but I wanted to get people's opinions on picture sigs? I had a friend make one, in the hopes I could find out the admins opinions on them. Here's the sig image I had made, and I had him make it to be similarly matched to my avy. What do you think?

I don't like having pictures in my sig, personally, but I don't see anything wrong with it if you do. Looks good to me.

It's certainly better than random, unrelated quotes... and that's not a stab at anyone here. I like the size... don't make it any larger than that plz

I like the idea of having our character in our sigs. Not only that, I'm far more used to having a picture sig than text sig.
